YouGTM reads your website and business details and sequences a library of growth plays into a step-by-step plan, with briefs, tool suggestions and rough budgets. It's guidance from a software product, not professional marketing, legal, financial or tax advice.

Growth outcomes depend on your market, product, execution and timing. We don't guarantee any particular result — traffic, leads, revenue or otherwise — from following the plan. You decide what to run and you're responsible for what you run.

Every feature is free for the whole of August 2026 — no card, no limits. We may introduce paid plans afterwards. If we do, you'll be told before anything you use starts costing money, and you'll never be charged without agreeing first.

• Keep your sign-in details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
• One workspace per business, unless we agree otherwise.
• Don't share access in a way that resells or repackages the product.

• Don't use YouGTM to break the law, or the terms of any platform a play touches.
• Don't submit URLs or content you have no right to submit.
• Don't attempt to scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass limits on the service.
• Some plays in the library are aggressive by design. Judgement is yours — check platform rules and local law before running anything.

You keep ownership of everything you put in — your profile, notes, uploads and results. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process it so the product works for you.

The service is provided as-is while in free access. We may change, pause or remove features, and we can't promise uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us — which, during free access, is nothing.

You can delete your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Sections that should survive termination — ownership, liability — do.
